1. Deploy electrical energy efficieny measures to reduce demand by 33 percent.
2.Replace all coal and oil electricity generation with renewable electricity.
3.Increase plug-in vehicles(hybrid and electric cars) to 90 percent of new car
sale in 2030.
4. Increase new confuel efficiency from 31 to 45 miles per gallon in 2030.
5. Accelerate the turnover of the vehicle fleet from 19 to 13 year.

Pro: Using waste for biofuels
makes it a part of the solution.
Con: Biofuels from food are in-
creasing food prices.

Pro: If everyone did their bit,
the savings would be huge.
Con: Individual action alone
can't solve our climate crisis.
Nuclear power:
Pro: Ostensibly "clean".
Con: Expensive, dangerous.
